I am Morgan Tipton, a licensed Tulsa Realtor with Axen Realty and a lifelong Tulsa native. I help people make one of the biggest decisions of their lives with confidence and a clear head.
I got into real estate because everyone deserves an agent who truly has their back. Buying your first home, selling one you have outgrown, or moving to Tulsa from out of state, I am here to make the process feel simple.
I have been selling in Tulsa since January 2023, and the people I work with come from every direction. First time buyers. Families downsizing after the kids move out. Relocations from out of state. Renters who are ready to stop paying someone else's mortgage.
I went to Memorial High School and then to the University of Tulsa, where I earned my degree in finance. That background is genuinely useful here. A lot of this job is helping people understand the numbers well enough to feel calm about them.
What sets me apart is honest, straightforward communication paired with modern marketing. I stay on top of the market as a Tulsa real estate expert, use the right tools to give my clients an edge, and never lose the personal touch that makes the difference.
When I am not with clients, you will find me trying Tulsa's restaurant scene, spending time with family, or walking new neighborhoods to stay ahead of the market.

I spend my time all over this metro. Up near Utica Square, out in Broken Arrow, down in South Tulsa. But if you had never been here and I only had one day with you, I would start on Cherry Street or in Brookside, and I would walk you through the Gathering Place.
Lunch or dinner would be Nola’s. The food is genuinely good and the room feels like a speakeasy in New Orleans, which is not what most people expect to find in Oklahoma.
If you came in December the list changes. Roosevelt’s covers its ceiling in lights that flash in time with the music. The Philbrook and Utica Square both light up, and the Tulsa Botanical Garden is worth the drive.
That is the thing I tell people most often. There is more than enough here that you will never run out of things to do, but you have to go looking for it. Tulsa does not advertise itself. The underground art scene, the microbreweries, the hole in the wall restaurants that are worth the trip: none of that turns up in a search. You find it by knowing someone local and knowing what to ask about.
I do not drink coffee, which surprises people, but I love a good coffee shop for the people watching. Collab at 51st and Yale is a regular stop and Summer Moon on Cherry Street is worth a visit. Topeca roasts right here in town. Broken Arrow has quietly grown a few favorites of mine too. If beer is more your speed, Marshall Brewing and the other local microbreweries are easy places to lose an afternoon.
That is a real part of what you get working with someone who actually lives here, not just someone who sells here.
I love to travel, and I love it for one specific reason. I want to know how people actually live. I spent two months in India and two months in Spain while I was in college, and I have been to England, Portugal, Ireland and Italy. I am a foodie at heart, so most of what I remember is what I ate and who I ate it with.
Most recently I spent a week on Caye Caulker in Belize. I snorkeled with nurse sharks and came within three feet of a sea turtle. I had to physically stop myself from reaching out to touch it. One of the coolest experiences of my life.
And this is Bubbles, who is not impressed by any of it.
