What to expect

After you reach out

I read every message myself. You will hear back within one business day, usually sooner.

The first conversation is short, and there is no pressure in it. I will ask what you are hoping to do and when, answer your questions, and tell you honestly whether I am the right fit. If another agent or a lender is the better next step, I will say so.

What to include in your message

You do not need to have it all figured out. If you already know a few of these, it helps me give you a useful answer the first time:

• Whether you are buying, selling, or both
• Your rough timeline, even if it is sometime next year
• The part of the Tulsa metro you have in mind
• Anything about the process that is worrying you

If you are early and only gathering information, say that too. Plenty of people reach out a year before they move, and that is a good time to start.
